AARON WHITE & THE PASSENGERS
On February 7th 2020 Aaron White & The Passengers released their self-titled debut EP. Preceded by the single ‘Weightless’ which was released in January it is a strong body of work featuring 5 tracks. It was recorded at Hazy Cosmic Jive Studios and features musicians Josh Studley, Mitchel Cordingley, Brandon Yarnold and Kululu Waria.
State of Uncertainty
In December 2020, Newcastle artist Jesse Morrison released his sophomore single ‘State of Uncertainty’. For this song Jesse worked with Darcy Long as producer, myself on Bass and Duncan Brown on Drums. This song was incredibly fun to record and play live.

That time again
‘That Time Again’ was released in February 2021. Recorded and Produced by Darcy Long it was a great experience. This song is such an emotional piece and definitely one of the compositions I am the most proud of. It features the incredible Sue Carson on Violin, Josh Studley on Drums and all other instruments recorded by Aaron White. This song I feel connects most to my country roots as it expresses the emotions of people moving away from a small town.
Weightless (Acoustic)
June 11th 2021 Aaron White & The Passengers released an acoustic version of their debut single “Weightless”. This song was released to a favourable response and continues on with the acoustic style of releases released that year. Recorded again with Darcy Long it features Aaron White on Vocals, Guitar and UkeBass, Mitchel Cordingley on Guitars and ukelele, Megan Galloway on Backing vocals and Brandon Yarnold assisting with vocal arrangements.
Reptile
In 2021 I went back into Darcy Long’s studio with Jesse Morrison to record bass for his next two singles. The first of these to come out is an upbeat, indie pop song called “Reptile”. This song is yet another super fun song to play on.

cold
In 2022 Jesse Morrison released his fourth single “Cold”. This song was so much fun to work on. It my first time working really closely with bass tone in the studio: laying parts in the second verse and making a tonal shift with the bass part mid-way through the song. It also features some absolutely incredible backing vocals from the amazing BERLYN.
