James Reynold

Aaron White featured on James Reynold’s incredible 2024 Album ‘Clay Empires’, playing bass on two tracks ‘Scratching At The Cards’ & ‘Foreign Soils’. It was such an incredible process recording with James. James mentioned how much he loved the bass work on Bob Dylan’s Blood on the Tracks Record so we brought that influence into these recordings. That combined with Luke’s piano and James’s guitars and vocals made for such a brilliant soundscape to accompany James’s songwriting. These songs contain such beautiful imagery and thoughtful lyrics. I am so proud to have been a part of this project and couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. You can find the album at James’s Bandcamp or wherever you get your music. https://jamesreynold.bandcamp.com/album/clay-empires

Jesse morrison

Aaron performed with Newcastle based Singer/Songwriter Jesse Morrison for multiple dates in 2021 and featured on bass on three releases: State of Uncertainty (2020), Reptile (2021) & Cold (2022). It was great finding different ways to make each of these basslines unique in their own way. Photo taken by Alpha Sierra at the UON Bandcomp 2021.

kATIE jAYNE
